When will my order ship?

Our products ship after 1-3 days after you placed the order.

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but must occur prior to dispatching your order. Otherwise we will ship the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will refund you less any shipping or re-stocking costs where applicable.

What is the exchange/return policy?

We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.

-With a subject (eg. Refund Request)

-List your product and why you want to return it

Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 48 hours) with our response and confirm any details required to ship your item back.

Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.

Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item. Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account.

How fast is the delivery time?

4-30 Days (Usually visible in the check out) Depending on your location and the origin of our supplier.

If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
